The Jabulani Challenge trail run is nearly here and the course is set and waiting for you for this Saturday 17th April!
The Event Program is available on the link below. This important document has all the information you need about the race including the event schedule, location, transport, race bibs, registration, aid stations plus remaining COVID-19 changes for this year. Remember there is no temporary food or beverage vendors at this event so runners are encouraged to be self-sufficient for the event and bring everything they need with them.
This year we are presenting the Event Safety Briefing to you via video link below instead of in person at the race start, to eliminate unnecessary gathering at the event. Please ensure you watch this video prior to attending.

As noted in the Event Program, runners who entered before 21st March 2021, will be receiving their race bibs in the mail by COB Friday 16th April (NSW addresses only). If you entered after this date (or don’t receive your race bib via mail in time), you will need to collect your race bib from registration prior to your race start time. In order to do this you will need to check your name and race number on the Runner List list below.
Runners who have not signed the Event Waiver will not be permitted to race. Therefore we suggest you do this online through your Active.com MyEvents portal by COB Friday 16th April. Those runners who do not sign the event waiver online prior to the event MUST attend registration on race day BEFORE your race start to complete the event waiver and collect your race bib (as it was not mailed to you). Refer to the Runner List below to check if your Event Waiver is still unsigned.
Please be aware that parking is extremely limited at Bobbin Head where the event start/finish is located. Runners are also strongly encouraged to carpool with fellow runners to help reduce congestion. Remember your entry does not cover the $12 NPWS parks entry fee. You must pay this at the toll booth when you enter the park or at one of the parking machines in the park or otherwise you will risk a fine. If you are parking in the overflow parking area at Apple Tree Bay please do not park in the areas marked for cars and trailers only otherwise you will be fined by the local rangers.
Instead of driving why not make use of the shuttle bus service that is being provided from Turramurra Train Station. Leaving from the Rohini St Bus Bay across the road from the train station, the shuttle bus will take runners directly to the start line. The buses will leave from Turramurra at 6am, 7am and 8am, getting you to the event centre in plenty of time before the official race start times of 7.30am, 8.30am and 9.30am. Simply look for the marked bus. You will need to BOOK IN YOUR SEATS BEFORE RACE DAY through your entry registration online at www.active.com and going to your entry in your MyEvents portal. There is a charge of $1 per seat for the shuttle bus. Ensure you select the correct number of seats required as this will impact the bus charter service capacity.
