2026 Event Program Available

Tuesday, March 31, 2026

The 2026 Jabulani Challenge is nearly here! We are excited to welcome everyone back to beautiful Bobbin Head to tackle the trails through Ku-Ring-Gai Chase National Park.

The Event Program is now available with information on all race distances, the event schedule, location, parking, registration rules and aid station information. Race bibs need to be collected from the registration tents on race morning from 6.30am. We recommend you arrive at registration to collect your race bib 45 minutes before your race starts.

Please be aware that parking is limited at Bobbin Head where the event start/finish is located and carpooling with your fellow runners is highly recommended. Remember your entry does not include the $12 per car NPWS parks use fee. You must pay this at the toll booth when you enter the park or at one of the parking machines. If you are parking in the overflow parking area at Apple Tree Bay please do not park in the areas marked for cars with trailers. Local rangers patrol this area regularly.

Instead of driving why not make use of the event shuttle bus service from Turramurra Train Station? Leaving from the Rohini St Bus Bay across the road from the train station, the shuttle bus will take you directly to the event centre. Event buses will leave from Turramurra at 6am, 7am and 8am, getting you to the event centre in plenty of time before the race start times of 7.30am, 8.30am and 9.30am. Just look for the marked bus and our friendly crew. Bus seats are $6 and must be pre-booked by 8/4/26 via your MyActive online registration portal – find your Jabulani Challenge 2026 entry and add a shuttle bus seat in the merchandise tab.

Make sure you have a good read of the entire event program well before race day by clicking the button below.

We are still looking for a few more volunteers for the event. If you know anyone who would enjoy a fun day out cheering on the runners we have roles available at aid stations, course marshalling and the start/finish line.

All volunteers will receive a free volunteer t-shirt and cap and will be provided with a snack bag to keep you going during the day. As an added bonus all volunteers are eligible for a FREE RACE ENTRY to any of our Max Adventure events

Best of luck with your last couple of weeks of training (or tapering) and we look forward to seeing you on the start line!
