Find that perfect trail running rhythm as you make your way around the course, starting by the secluded Empire Bay Marina you will be taken deep into the surrounding Ku-ring-gai Chase National Park and treated to stunning vistas of the towering sandstone cliffs, the shimmering waters of Cowan Creek, and the lush green bushland that cloak the hillsides.
With 12km, 22km & 45km course options, whether you’re an experienced trail runner looking to set a trail PB, or simply looking for a fun day out on the trails with your friends, there’s something for everyone.
