Aid Stations

There are marshalled aid stations along the course. At the aid stations, runners will have access to the following:

  • First Aid
  • Unlimited quantities of water
  • Tailwind nutrition
  • Selection of fruit
  • Selection of lollies
  • Potato chips

NOTE: There will be no cups at the aid stations, so you will need to carry a water bottle or hydration pack (or similar) to refill.

Distance to Aid Stations

There are 4 Aid Stations on the 45km course, 2 Aid Stations on the 22km course and 1 Aid Station on the 12km course.

45km Course

6km, 15km, 23.5km & 39km

22km Course

Time Cut Off

There are no time cut offs for the 12km or 22km course. However both courses will be closed at 3:00pm. 

For the 45km course there is a time cut off that will be enforced at the start of the out and back section behind “The Landings”, approximately 1km after the Aid Station at the Sphinx, 25km into the event. Runners will need to be here by 12:00pm, runners arriving after this time will be directed to continue along the rest of the race route as per normal. This course also closes at 3:00pm if you make it past the time cut off point.
